The Constitutional Council is a founding member of the World Conference on Constitutional Justice.
The Constitutional Council collaborates with the Venice Commission, which is a consultative body of the European Council. The President of the Constitutional Council Dr. Issam Sleiman was invited by the Commission to take part in the ordinary session of March 2012 and gave an allocution on the Lebanese constitutional system. Currently, the member of the Council, Mrs. Mireille Najm, is the liaison officer between the Constitutional Council and the Venice Commission.
