The Constitutional Council, represented by its President Tannous Mechleb and members Elias Mecherkani and Mireille Najm, participated in the 10th Conference of the Association of French Speaking Constitutional Courts, held in Bucharest, Romania, from May 6-8, 2025, on the theme «Interpretation and Amendment of the Constitution: What Role for the Constitutional Judge? » Judge Mireille Najm spoke at this conference on the following topic: « The interpretation of the Lebanese Constitution in light of principles of constitutional value. »
